What's Your Pizza?

One thing I do miss about the East Coast is pizza. In the Northwest, pizza is a five-letter word. Minimal sauce. Minimal cheese. Cardboard crusts. Lots of weird toppings like pineapple to cover up the embarassing lack of sauce, cheese and savory crusts.

Peck’s Law: the quality of pizza is inversely proportional to the number of toppings. But everyone’s tastes are different. Which regional version of pizza (most of which don’t resemble real Italian pizza anyway) do you prefer?
